Hour of Code
The Hour of Code is a national campaign organized by Code.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to expanding computer science programs in schools. The goal is to inspire 100 million students across the globe to try one hour of computer science during National Computer Science Education Week, December 8-14, 2014. Students will participate in the Hour of Code during their regularly scheduled computer classes.

The Magnet, Nova and Reassignment application window for the 2015-2016 school year is December 1st through February 11th. Applications are available for parents at www.browardschoolsinnovativeprograms.com or from the Demographics and Student Assignments Office.

Code of Student Conduct Handbook
Parents and students, the 2014-2015 Code of Student Conduct Handbook is posted on the Broward School's Web site at http://www.browardschool.com/index.asp under the Quick Links Tab. Parents and students also have access the Handbook through the BEEP Portal for Parents or Students as well as a variety of new electronic sources including a Quick Response Code for smartphones.
